• Led a 16-month, on-time and on-budget ERP upgrade from Dynamics NAV 3.7 to 2013 RTC, eliminating legacy modifications and transitioning production operations to the Manufacturing granule
• Led selection, implementation, and subsequent upgrade of Dynamics CRM from 2011 through Dynamics 365 On Premise, supporting a 60-person sales team fully integrated with the NAV ERP environment
• Drove a business intelligence consolidation initiative unifying over 500 reports, spreadsheets, and databases into a centralized SQL Server Reporting Services and HaloBI environment
• Led systems consolidation for a process manufacturing acquisition, bringing the operation live on Dynamics NAV, CRM, and Manhattan SCALE within 7 months of close
• Led a 12-month systems consolidation for a discrete manufacturing acquisition, onboarding one manufacturing plant, two distribution centers, and seven 3PL locations

Managed enterprise systems spanning ERP, WMS, and content management across a multi-site manufacturing and distribution environment.

• Planned and managed full technical implementation of Manhattan SCALE WMS across five distribution centers in Ohio, Kentucky, and California, including a custom integration with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Automated the rollout shipment process, enabling automatic manifesting and carrier label printing for nearly 100 orders per minute
• Led Oracle E-Business Suite to Microsoft Dynamics NAV migration for an acquired company, consolidating platforms and standardizing enterprise operations
